Two announcements this week.
The Meetup Breakdown is no longer a one-man operation. I’m delighted to welcome Ollie (the founder of Battersea Bitcoiners) and Gemma (organiser of the Northants Bitcoin Network) to the team. They’ll be helping behind the scenes each week to make every issue better, and more useful for Bitcoiners across the UK and Ireland.

What We’re Up To This Week 📆
Monday
🍻 Dundee Bitcoin: Join them from 17:30 to 20:30 at The Wine Press, 16 Shore Terrace, Dundee DD1 3DN. This month’s meetup is on 8th.
🍺 Purbeck Bitcoin: One of the newest UK meetups! If you’re down in the south of England, you’ll find them at The Bear Wareham, BH20 4LT. On Monday, the 8th, from 19:00 onwards.
Wednesday
🍻 Glasgow Bitcoin: A welcoming space for anyone in and around Glasgow to connect and talk all things Bitcoin. Join from 18:00–23:00 at The Piper Bar, G1 1HL.
🍺 St Albans Bitcoin: This month the St Albans meetup is on Wednesday the 10th, from 19:00 to 22:00 at the The White Lion, AL1 1RN. Whether you’re new or experienced, there’ll be plenty of people on hand to answer questions and share insights.
Thursday
🍺 Liverpool Bitcoin: A growing community, dedicated to leveraging Bitcoin’s strengths to serve the people of Liverpool and surrounding areas. Get along & help them build. This month at The Railway Pub on Tithebarn Street, on Thursday 11th at 18:30.
Friday
☕️ Newcastle Bitcoin Coffee Morning Meetup: Every Friday morning at Pumphreys Coffee Centre and Brewing Emporium (bitcoin accepted). Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned maxi, head along to chat, share ideas, and connect with the local Bitcoin community from 10:00 to 12:00.
Saturday
🚶♀️Bitcoin Walk - London: The London Bitcoin Walk will meet this SATurday at the Peter Pan statue in Hyde Park at 11:00. Check the Telegram group chat (avaliable at the link) for details.
🚶🏽♂️ Bitcoin Walk - Edinburgh: Join fellow bitcoiners every Saturday at 12:00 for a walk, meeting at Meadows City Tennis Club.. It’s a relaxed way to keep fit, enjoy the city, and chat about Bitcoin along the way.
