Cipher: Multi-layer (Base64 + A1Z26) first converts the plaintext into A1Z26 numbers (A=1) with “/” for spaces, then Base64-encodes that numeric string. Reverse the layers—Base64 decode, then map numbers to letters—to get the answer.
