There’s lots to look forward to this week as summer begins to wind down. A quick reminder that the BSE Conference is coming up on 20th September, with extra events on the 19th and 21st. It’s shaping up to be an amazing few days, and you’ll find all the details of the main day in the events section below.

What We’re Up To This Week 📆
Tuesday
🍺 Belfast Bitcoin: Join them on Tuesday the 2nd of September, 20:00. These guys meet in person monthly on the first Tuesday of each month, this month at The Rusty Saddle, 21 Howard St, Belfast, BT1 6NB.
Wednesday
🍺 North London Meetup: The next West Hampstead Bitcoin meetup is on Wednesday 3rd, 18:30–21:30. Located on the Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink, it’s one of North London’s most accessible meetups. This month, some swag for early arrivals sponsored by CoinCorner. And a round or two of drinks sponsored by Angor. In the Snug at Alice House, a cosy pub just moments from the station.
Thursday
🍻 Berkshire Bitcoiners: The next meetup will take place on the 4th, at 19:00 at The Volunteer in Theale. The venue, located on Church Street, Theale, Reading, RG7 5BX, accepts Bitcoin.
🍺 Dublin Bitcoiners: The Dublin meetup is back in action, and this month will be meeting at The Palace Bar (upstairs), 21 Fleet St, Temple Bar, Dublin, DO2 H950 at 19:00.
Friday
☕️ Newcastle Bitcoin Coffee Morning Meetup: Every Friday morning at Pumphreys Coffee Centre and Brewing Emporium (bitcoin accepted). Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned maxi, head along to chat, share ideas, and connect with the local Bitcoin community from 10:00 to 12:00.
🍺 Wiltshire BTC: Meeting at The Stonehenge Inn at 18:00 on Friday 6th. Open to all. Bitcoin accepted at the venue.
Saturday
🚶🏽♂️ Bitcoin Walk - Edinburgh: Every Saturday they walk around Arthur’s Seat in this historic city. Join them at 12:00 to chat about all things Bitcoin and keep fit.
Sunday
🔮 Leeds Bitcoin Network: The first Sunday of every month the Leeds Bitcoin Network meet at the Global Tribe Cafe, LS1 6LG at 13:00.
New Businesses Accepting Bitcoin This Week
🎨 Icons & Legends: Founded by sculptor Linda Joyce, Icons & Legends is a gallery and creative space dedicated to celebrating cultural figures through bronze sculpture and art. Joyce’s work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Russell-Cotes Museum alongside artists such as Tracey Emin.
