Monday

Tuesday
🍺 Newcastle Bitcoin Meetup: An informal get-together for those interested in Bitcoin - you don't need to own any. At The Town Wall, Pink Ln, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 5HX. From 18:30. Third Tuesday of the month.
Wednesday
🎂 Battersea Bitcoiners Anniversary. A special social to celebrate 1 year of Battersea Bitcoiners events, with a market style showcase of products, sourced from Bitcoiners all over globe 🌍! Meet at Little Bianca, SW11 6QZ from 18:30, and bring plenty of sats. Sponsored by CoinCorner - free goodies
🍻 Bitcoin Glasgow: Bitcoin Glasgow meet this month at The Maltman, 59-61 Renfield Street at 18:00 to 20:00, on Wednesday the 19th.
🍺 Canterbury Bitcoin: Meeting this month at The Dolphin Pub in Canterbury at 19:00 on Wednesday the 19th of August. An informal meetup to discuss Bitcoin and chat.
🍺 Shropshire Bitcoin: On the 19th, the Shropshire crew will be meeting at the Admiral Benbow in Shrewsbury. Join them at 19:00.
🍺 St Albans Bitcoin: This month the St Albans meetup is on Wednesday the 19th, from 19:00 to 22:00 at the The White Lion, AL1 1RN. Whether you're new or experienced, there'll be plenty of people on hand to answer questions and share insights.
Thursday
🍺 Bitcoin Beach Bournemouth: Every third Thursday of the month at Chaplins Cellar Bar. 529 Christchurch Road, BH1 4AG, (Bitcoin accepted at the venue). You'll find them in the Cogg Room at 18:30 for a 1-2-1 clinic and 19:30 for the main meetup. Thursday, the 20th.
🍺 Brum Bitcoin & Beer: If you're in the Birmingham area head along to meet some fellow bitcoiners on Thursday 20th at 19:00. You'll find them this month at The Wellington, Bennett's Hill, B2 5SN.
Friday
💻 Mempool Dev Day: Bringing together Bitcoin developers, builders, and curious hackers for a day of workshops, collaboration, and good conversations, 09:00-17:00. Hosted at Antidote Offices, expect hands-on sessions, technical discussions, and plenty of time to meet others building on Bitcoin.
☕️ Newcastle Bitcoin Coffee Morning Meetup: Every Friday morning at Pumphreys Coffee Centre and Brewing Emporium (bitcoin accepted). Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned maxi, head along to chat, share ideas, and connect with the local Bitcoin community from 10:00 to 12:00.

🎪 BitFest 2026 – Manchester, November 20–22
The UK’s largest Bitcoin festival returns to Manchester from 20–22 November 2026, taking over the Pendulum Hotel for three days of Bitcoin education, culture, creativity, and community. BitFest combines talks, panels, workshops, entertainment, and freedom-focused topics, welcoming seasoned Bitcoiners and complete newcomers alike.
The weekend kicks off with Nostrshire, the UK’s first full-scale conference dedicated to Nostr, before the wider festival gets underway. BitFest is also family-friendly, with Student and Family ticket options available.
Previous speakers and artists have included Martti Malmi, Thomas Voegtlin, Ben Arc, Susie Ward, Dominic Frisby, Daniel Prince, Freddie New, Joe Nakamoto, Dr. Peter Connor, Rick Messitt, and Jordan Walker, with the 2026 line-up still being announced.
Early Bird tickets are £99, payable in Bitcoin or fiat. Expect less of a conventional conference and more of a gathering of the UK Bitcoin community.
